This Friday, after the two previous Science of Happiness talks, we will resume our sutta discussion with Dighajanu Sutta. This sutta is one of the few suttas pertaining to the practice of lay people, the other one being the more popular Sigalovada Sutta.
In this Dighajanu Sutta,
Have you had enough of suffering?
Do you want to be free?
If so, surely you would have tried. Has it worked?
Do you “let go” by trying to forget unwanted thoughts and suppress unpleasant feelings?
