Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the Annual General Meeting of Sg Long Buddhist Society will be held at 7-2, Jalan SL 1/3, Bandar Sg Long, 43000, Kajang, Selangor DE on Sunday, the 8 of March 2020 at 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm for the following purposes:

1. To approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on the 10^th March 2019.
2. To receive the annual report and the account of the society for the year ended 31^st December 2019.
3. Approval of 2 additional committee members from current number of 7 to 9.
4. Election of new committee for Year 2020.
5. To transact any other matters.
